Yoga Theme: River Flow
This week’s theme invites you to explore the throat chakra, the energetic center of truth, voice, and expression.
Inspired by the flow of rivers and soulful musical rhythms, we’ll move through a sequence designed to unlock the body’s natural stream of consciousness.
Expect gentle heart openers, neck and shoulder release, and a steady flow that supports authentic self-expression. As we move and breathe, we’ll drop into a flow state, where movement becomes music and the body speaks without words. Let your breath be your song, and your practice the river that carries your voice home.
Fun Facts
