Soar into a heart-centered journey celebrating unity, friendship, and connection through the lens of the crown chakra.

This soulful practice honors the beauty in our differences and the oneness that binds us, inviting students to move through a vibrant, rhythmic flow inspired by the colors of the rainbow and the wisdom of flight. With breath-led transitions, grounded strength, and moments of stillness, we explore the expansive space of the seventh chakra—awakening our awareness to the shared sky above and the divine light within.

Chakra

The Crown Chakra (Sahasrara), located at the top of the head, is the seventh and highest chakra in the traditional system. It represents our connection to the divine, universal consciousness, and spiritual awakening.

Here are its key attributes:

  • Location: Crown of Head

Playlist for Birds of Feather

Poem of the Week

Red as the cardinal’s courageous call,
Orange like the oriole’s sunrise sprawl,
Yellow goldfinch in summer’s bright cheer,
Green as a hummingbird zipping near.
Blue as the bluebird, calm skies in flight,
Purple martins shimmer in dusky light.

Though cloaked in colors, bold and bright,
Each heart beats with a common light.
Wings may differ, hues may glow,
But all birds sing the songs they know.

Together they soar, a feathered parade,
A rainbow of unity gently displayed.
In every shade, a friend is found—
Birds of a feather, skyward bound.
