For this Thursday, I have put together a Special Halloween Edition: I Put a Spell on You Yoga Theme, it brings a magical blend of the mystical and the grounding to your mat.

Set to a slightly spooky playlist, this session invites you to rise up from corpse pose, awakening the energy within as you flow through moon-inspired poses like Half Moon, Crescent Moon Lunge, and Moon Salutation. With an atmosphere of enchantment, the practice builds toward dynamic, flowing sequences before returning to a place of rest in yin, where deep stretches allow you to settle, unwind, and embrace the calm after the storm. Let the spell of halloween cast its magic as you flow and find balance.

Fun Music Facts

Danse Macabre in G Minor, Op. 40 by French composer Camille Saint-Saëns, composed in 1874, stands as one of classical music’s quintessential Halloween pieces. The piece reflects a haunting legend: at midnight, Death appears, plays his fiddle, and summons the dead to rise and dance. They swirl around him in a raucous waltz until the first light of dawn, at which point they retreat to their graves.

Quote of Week

“We do not need magic to transform our world. We carry all the power we need inside ourselves already.”
