No, Wander tours are private, guests get exclusive access to the vehicle. The hourly rate is the same regardless of the group’s size.

The maximum guests is 6 people. There are 2 bench seats that will hold 3 average-sized people each. If guests are XL, assume they will take up 1.5 to 2 seats on the bench. If needed, there is an extra spill-over seat in the passenger seat next to the driver.

Yes, that means there are technically 7 seats, but the maximum guest size is still 6 (no exceptions). It is a vintage VW Microbus; the engines are not known to be exceptionally powerful, and the combined weight of the guests affects how well the vehicle can propel itself forward. So, the guest count is capped at 6 people, so we can get up hills.

One of the benefits of a private tour is that I’ll pick you up and drop you off, so you won’t have to drink and drive. I live in Lake Ann, I’ll travel within approximately 30 minutes in any direction to pick up your party. If it is much more than that, I will need to add billable tour time to account for expenses.

No. Due to liability issues, related to lap seat belts, insurance, and waivers we cannot host guests younger than 18.

All guests on wine tours must be at least 21 years. All guests on non-alcoholic tours must be 18 years or older.

After completing your booking and submitting a retainer, you may cancel your tour for a full 100% refund up to 5 days before your scheduled date. The retainer is non-refundable for cancellations made within 4 days of the tour.

Wander with Direction reserves the right to cancel a tour at any time for any reason. In the rare event that the tour must be canceled, you will receive a full refund along with a sincere apology.

Severe weather may cause cancellation or postponement. I’ll do my best to accommodate rescheduling.

Drivers are strictly prohibited from consuming, being under the influence of, or possessing drugs or alcohol while operating a vehicle or during any part of a Wander with Direction tour. Any driver suspected of impairment will be immediately removed from duty and subject to disciplinary action, including termination of services. Tour guests are encouraged to promptly report any concerns regarding driver conduct.
