Vin/Yin Yoga

The second half transitions into longer-held Yin postures, allowing for deep stretching and release. This mindful blend of active and passive practice helps cultivate flexibility, relaxation, and inner balance. Suitable for all levels, this class is ideal for those seeking both rejuvenation and restoration.

Sound Baths
Experience deep relaxation and rejuvenation with the Seasonal Harmony Sound Bath. Let the soothing tones of singing bowls wash over you as you’re gently led through a guided meditation designed to uplift the spirit. This session aligns with the natural rhythms of the seasons, helping you find balance, inner peace, and a renewed sense of connection to both yourself and the world around you. Embrace the harmonious energy of nature, your place in the universe, and allow it to flow through your body and soul in this transformative meditative experience.
