Sound Baths

You can, of course, bring your own mat. Wander with Direction will have the following props available for use: Mats and Blankets. You may want to bring a pillow or two to place behind your knees, head or both.

People typically wear yoga clothes or sweats. Wear whatever will make you comfortable and cozy.

The nesting period is the first 30 minutes before the Sound Bath begins. This time is set aside for guests to arrive, get settled, and create a comfortable personal space before the guided sound experience begins. During this time, you may hear the host assisting guests or people quietly moving around as they arrange their mats, blankets, and cushions

Cancellations made 6 hours or more before the scheduled Sound Bath start time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled start time are not eligible for a refund, and the full session fee will be retained.

Late arrivals will not be permitted access to the session, as this is a meditation practice and entering late would disrupt the experience for other participants. Late arrivals or no‑shows are treated as cancellations made after the 6‑hour deadline and are not refundable.
