Nondiscrimination Policy
Wander with Direction LLC provides equal access to its tours, services, and activities without regard to race, color, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, or any other status protected by applicable law. Discrimination, harassment, or exclusion of any kind is strictly prohibited. This policy applies to all passengers and potential passengers, as well as all aspects of company operations, including but not limited to booking, communication, participation in tours, and the provision of services. Wander with Direction is committed to maintaining an inclusive and respectful environment for all individuals.
Alcohol & Drugs Policy
Wander with Direction LLC maintains a zero tolerance policy for drug and alcohol use to ensure the safety, comfort, and trust of all tour participants. Drivers are strictly prohibited from consuming, being under the influence of, or possessing drugs or alcohol while operating a vehicle or during any part of a Wander with Direction tour. Any driver suspected of impairment will be immediately removed from duty and subject to disciplinary action, including termination of services. Tour guests are encouraged to promptly report any concerns regarding driver conduct. Safety is our top priority, and Wander with Direction is committed to providing a responsible, reliable, and enjoyable travel experience for every guest.
